Quest Acquires Hydro-Stop
We are pleased to announce that Hydro-Stop, Inc. of Charleston, South Carolina USA, has been acquired by Quest Specialty Chemicals Inc.™ in an asset purchase, and will continue to operate under the name Hydro Stop, LLC and maintain current operations in Charleston . Quest Acquires United Coatings
SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — United Coatings Manufacturing Co. announced it has been acquired by Huron Capital Partners LLC. United Coatings is a global supplier of premium quality coatings for industrial, architectural and roofing applications, as well as consumer waterproofing and beautification products. The company has manufacturing facilities in Spokane Valley, WA. and Tempe, AZ. The acquisition makes United Coatings a subsidiary of Huron’s portfolio company, Quest Specialty Chemicals, along with recently acquired Matrix System Automotive Finishes and Raabe Company LLC.
