Protective coatings for use

COATINGS offers a complete line of elastomeric
coatings for the protection of polyurethane foam
including acrylic, silicone, polyurethane and butyl
rubbers, along with primers for most roof substrates.
All systems are U. L. 790 Class "A" classified.
DIATHON®
100% acrylic elastomer provides superior weatherability and ultraviolet resistance
with fast dry and cure times. Over 25 years of success in protecting in excess
of 500,000,000 sq. ft. of polyurethane foam. Also Factory Mutual and ICBO
listed.
DIATHON
Basecoat
DIATHON BASECOAT was specifically
developed for protecting sprayed polyurethane
foam insulation from degradation caused by
normal weathering, aging and ultraviolet
exposure.
Diathon® DP (DURAplus)
Premium quality 100% acrylic elastomer exhibits high elongation and tensile
strength to provide superior durability, weatherproofing, dirt and mildew
resistance. Also Factory Mutual listed.
ACRON
60
High solids, 100% acrylic elastomer for roofs and tanks. Provides good weatherability,
ultraviolet resistance and fire retardance.
SUNSHIELD
Economical acrylic elastomer that provides good weatherability, UV protection
and fire resistance.
ELASTUFF
101/102
Single component, moisture catalyzed aromatic/aliphatic polyurethane elastomer
system. An excellent balance of physical properties combined with high abrasion,
impact and chemical resistance as well as simple installation characteristics
provides for wide application versatility.
ELASTRON®
Elastomeric butyl rubber vapor barrier coating. Provides extremely low perm
rating for resistance to water vapor or gas transmission.
PRIMERS
A. Uni-Tile Sealer is a penetrating
epoxy for use over wood and concrete, and also over existing foam or coating
to promote the adhesion of new foam or coatings.
B. Uniseal is
a water-based, single component penetrating epoxy
designed to perform the same function as Uni-Tile
Sealer.
C. Acrylex
400 is a single component, water-based acrylic
for use over a wide variety of metal surfaces.
Provides corrosion resistance and adhesion enhancement
for foam or coatings.
D. VBA
Primer is an acid/wash primer for use under
polyurethane foam on galvanized as well as other
ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces.
